3. this community as a whole, AWESOME.
I hope we all realize that there are people here who will help in many different ways. I cannot imagine life without this space and you people.
Yes, this. So much.
smonster, I hear you on having a hard time separating undesirable behaviors from my sense of self-worth. Going through that right now, actually.
But! In concrete ideas: do you have a wake-up light? [link] Does that sound like something that would help? I manage to get up at a ridiculous time (4:45 a.m.) through a combination of stubborness and having lights come on right before my alarm goes off. Okay, it's a grouping of LED candles that come on on a timer (http://www.worldmarket.com/product/3-x-9-flameless-led-pillar.do?&from=Search), but it's working. So far.
Hey folks. Since we are talking about cost of 'scripts, I thought I would link this PBS story about drug prices. They are NOT fixed, and can vary widely, so do shop around.

I don't have any 'scripts, so this news shocked the heck out of me. Y'all might already know it. But thought I'd share.
weird. is it uncomfortable?
Not really. But it's ghost town-y with none of my old co-workers here. After all that time, I still felt like everyone should be here when I walked in the door.
Her doctor's office should also be able to call/write a letter to the insurance stating that the brand name is medically necessary.
Apparently they routinely reject those too. No surprise that insurance companies are evil.
Doctors and nurses are wonderful. Insurance company decision makers are maggots. I bet their insurance doesn't have these loopholes.
She might try Lexapro, if she hasn't already. Substantially the same as Celexa but supposed to have fewer side effects. It's also available in generic.
(I personally fare better on Celexa, but apparently the medical literature does not back me up.)
1. smonster is AWESOME.
That above all needed to be stated.
2. flea is AWESOME.
again, really needs to be stated, because support in a tangible way is moving and thoughtful and more than many of us could do.

This is all very true and needs to be restated.
Teppy, being in an empty office is weird enough, being in your own former office while it is empty is doubly weird.
I have my cyst removal scheduled for Thursday morning. I'll try to remember to check in here as soon as I'm feeling up to it, if I sound drunk when I do check in, blame the valium they're having me take before the procedure.
I read that Costco has low-cost drugs and you do not have to be a member to get them. I read it on Tumblr, though, so I can't say if it's accurate. Might be worth looking into.

I'm fairly sure that's true, although I don't get my meds from Costco, so I can't verify it 100%.
Whew! I talked to my boss about the work drama, and when I told her what I'd done "so this happened, and then I did this..." she was like "...yeah, so?" and then was like "Wait, so is the project manager complaining, or just the site?" and I was like "Reallllly just the site" and she was like "Oh, OK. Yeah, be good"
...now if only that was motivation to get cracking on work. Though I do feel more awake this morning than sometimes. I gotta remember to use my blue light more often/always, I do think it helps.
