I'm having spasms of pain in my upper back so bad I can hardly move when it happens. Sometimes it wraps around to my diaphragm too.
My god, I've had this for the past two weeks! Sometimes my asthma inhaler works.
Potassium, huh?

Oh, asthma inhaler...yeah, I should probably get that refilled. Eh. Requires a doctor visit.

Man, I take a handful of supplements: calcium/magnesium, fish oil, vit E, vit B, vit C, and sometimes a probiotic if my innards are fucked up beyond their normal fucked-upped-ness.
I hope you feel better soon, Zenkitty.
I'm currently taking E, D, Omega 3, bitter melon, and munching pumpkin seeds for magnesium. And for the yum.
