Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I'm having spasms of pain in my upper back so bad I can hardly move when it happens. Sometimes it wraps around to my diaphragm too. This started yesterday. It hurts to cough or sneeze. What the hell is this? I've taken some Valium to try to relax the muscles, but it doesn't seem to be working.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

Do you have a heating pad, Zen? That might help.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

Dammit. I really want to know apparently.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I eat potatoes with a fondness and have been drinking Gatorade lately, so I think I'm okay on potassium.

Heating pad would require me to lie down, which is not feasible right now. I'll try it this evening, if I can find it. I think I have one.

10 mgs of Valium loosened it up enough for me to be able to move, but the sharp soreness is still there. Can't take any more right now, I have to drive shortly.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

I hope your back feels better soon, Zen.

And Steph, oy, your dad. A break sounds like a good plan.

Laura, I'm glad you got back in touch with your friend.

I'd like to announce that it's officially very hot and humid here. Very. Enough that it's a little hard to breathe. Am drinking lots of water, of course, and I think it's time to add Gatorade to the routine.

My god, I've had this for the past two weeks! Sometimes my asthma inhaler works.

Potassium, huh?
