Meanwhile I am feeling quite lazy, but also thinking I should really leave the house and enjoy teh tiny bit of sunshine we get, since it's actually sunny today (!!!!). I want to go run, but I'm afraid I'll aggravate my shin splints. Argh.

I'm going the first two weeks in September--the vague plan so far is to start in Prague, spend a few days there, and then head to Poland, hit Krakow and maybe some other places, and my flight leaves from Warsaw. But it's a very vague plan. (My brother is planning to meet me for at least part of it, since he lives in the Czech Republic)

OK, everything is sorted by type and account. Now. Time to start the purge. It seems I've saved a LOT of pay stubs. And the experts say to save the last one of the year, and toss the rest. I've saved a LOT of cable, electric, and gas bills. Again, save the december statement, toss the rest.
Yes, I come from a long line of hoarders. Yes, I am trying to combat it. Yes, I will have a lot to take to the shredder.
The crappy thing about this big to-do, is, for the most part, it was self contained in the file cabinet. All this work will not show much difference in the "look what I did". Doesn't help one feel a sense of accomplishment. Sigh. At least it will feel good to declutter.
