bonny, I'm glad things are clearing, and that you and Cagney made it through okay. And thank goodness for Maria!
sj, here's to a treatable diagnosis and the good drugs. Hope you feel better soon, and bounce all the way back to normal.
Vortex, you're stellar, as usual. Inches lost is better than pounds, any day. Go you!
And also, zen and meara, my hat's off to both of you for starting small, but starting. Go you two, too!
Teppy, my doctor is quite elegant, but I think she meant we caught it early. I'm getting a 10 day course of something. I don't remember what.
bonny, I'm sorry I didn't see anything about the fire before today - I would have been happy to bring you and Cagney home with me. Please remember we're not far, and we almost always have an extra car available.
lots of ~ma to those who need it - off to the next meeting of the day . . .
Thank you so much, Sparky.
I'm going to put together an emergency contact list and think about evacuation plans. It seems the need is getting more pressing all the time.
bonny, it was no trouble at all.
I hope you feel better, sj.
Vortex, that is AWESOME!
Run and squat away, meara and Zen! These 30-day challenges are addictive.
Teppy, the antibiotic is vantin 100 mg twice a day. Is it a good one?
That's a common one for ear and respiratory infections. It's in the same class as Keflex.
Sadly, I got so tired last night I utterly forgot to do any squats before I fell into bed. But I have a trainer session this afternoon, so probably he'll make me do lots.
Well, I'm grumpy now. Two people just dumped a bunch of tedious stuff on me and I didn't get to talk about what I wanted to talk about. I hate getting talked over.
But I'm caught up at work (for now, dun dun DUN) and I'm planning to spend the evening on the couch catching up with the DVR. So that's good.
