An overnight attendant in a doggie day care would have to have a pretty strong 'stay awake' skill but, otherwise it would be an easy gig.
Noise and smell would be the two biggest issues, since most overnights crate their residents.

omnis gives good advice! May I add a small silly detail: take a pen with you. Having your own (working) pen means: you came ready and prepared for the job at hand (filling out forms), and the person giving you the form doesn't have to search for dang pen that works. It makes you look good.
Much ~ma to you! You can do retail, and you can do physical labor type jobs, and you're smart, so don't skip over anything thinking they wouldn't need you or you couldn't do it.

Actually, "Metaphysical/Spiritual" + Hollywood location (and request for photo)+ all the trappings of Christmas but without Christianity SCREAMS Scientology outfit to me.
I look into that one further, but if there's even a whiff of Scientology, well... I have to draw some lines, no matter how destitute or scared.
