Steph, what's the title? I'm curious about that research.
Spike's Bitches 48: I Say, We Go Out There, and Kick a Little Demon Ass.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
I'm curious about that too and want to tell my therapist.
Also work is bullshit. They are changing the way we do things because we are taking too long and not getting out truck as fast as the manager would. Someone who has done this for years vs people who have done this for a few months.
That sound fascinating, Teppy.
Coffee: askye, that sounds like some premium grade bullshit.
It got worse. This is the first time the new supervisor opened and she hasn't worked truck much. So she had to ditch at, paperwork, and get the registers open all the first time. By herself. They told her how to do things and she took notes but they didn't show her. She was worried about getting chewed out for not doing things on time and correctly.
This is the book: [link] I thought I had some of the research bookmarked, but I don't. I'll have to poke around.
That book sounds interesting. Someone I've known for decades, from book group, now does body work and other kinds of healing in Portland, plus computer programming. She does a really comprehensive newsletter, and I just looked and she reviewed that book and has links to the book Steph talked about, to the test in the book, and some of the research in it. She's good people and she's really smart. Here's the link in case you're interested. You have to scroll, there are a whole bunch of book reviews here. [link]
My cat Java has diabetes and he's 20 years old. His blood glucose went down to 63 this afternoon, which is life threatening. I had it back in the normal range within an hour, but someone on the feline diabetes message board just asked me if I re-did the test to make sure it was accurate before I treated for hypoglycemia. That's a good question and should have but didn't think of it. It's so depressing. Am seeing MD next week, I think it's time for ADs
Java, I am sorry to hear that The Cat Java is having such health challenges, and that it is wearing you down. You certainly deserve whatever support you want or need for your own state of mind.
I'm sorry about the Cat Java.
