I haven't asked. I just assumed not. I didn't have a handicap plate in PA, but I think I'm starting to need one.

Spike's Bitches 48: I Say, We Go Out There, and Kick a Little Demon Ass.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
It's probably worth at least asking. December is a long time away.
First therapy appointment in less than 8 hours (which is too damn early for me). (Yeah, 3 years of working from home has ruined me for normal human hours. I admit it.)
Thanks, Cindy. I wish it was that easy. I had a pretty good week last week and yesterday. Today is horrible. I'm exhausted and miserable. I had to force myself into the shower while ltc slept because I have friends coming over, but I really just wanted to nap. I wish I knew what is different about today.
sj, I think it comes down to the same (good) advice I got before my wedding. Every day, take a mental snapshot of ltc and your family. It goes so fast, you won't believe it.
I'm only saying that because my youngest is a high school junior, my daughter is a h.s. senior, and my oldest is a college junior. I don't know how we got here.
That said, I am not in any way invalidating your exhaustion. I have been where you are. I'm just saying (1) it gets better, and (2) you will miss it.
Nap when that baby does. You can catch up, later.
Good luck, Teppy. I hope it goes well. My appointment on Thursday is at 10 which is too damn early for me. By the time I get ltc up and feed her and myself showered and dressed, I'll probably be rushing.
Cindy, I already feel it is going to fast. The first year flew by, and now we're already a month into her second year. The days are long, but the months go by fast. I just wish my body and mind would allow me to enjoy it more.
(Yeah, 3 years of working from home has ruined me for normal human hours. I admit it.)
In a perfect world, normal human hours means awaking at 10, reading the iPad until 11, having a 2nd cup of coffee and a shower, then leaving the house at 12.
Ha, I don't usually leave until after 1. Of course, I get home after 10.
I just tried really hard to like Vortex's post.
Holy shit I can't believe I'm awake. I am in awe of everyone who is up this early on the regular.
When the alarm went off I was dreaming that I worked at a crappy grocery store and I couldn't get my employee badge to work in the time clock, and I knew my boss -- Jason Momoa -- would be mad at me.
The only reason I even shared that was the Jason Momoa part. Because that was both weird and amusing.
I'm attempting to drink more coffee than a human being should, and then go battle traffic.
