Waves and hugs to everyone! I am melting down less than I normally do before a business trip!

Spike's Bitches 48: I Say, We Go Out There, and Kick a Little Demon Ass.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
My doctor suggested therapy as well, either CBT or DBT. But he reminded me that my brain chemistry has a history of getting out of whack, and drugs are a tool to get it back in line. So we'll see.
Increasing the dose of ambien and the .5 of klonopin I take is moving to later in the evening to help relax me before bed or soemthing.
That should definitely help you relax more.

The fact that I'm flying twice in the next 2 weeks is ALSO why I needed Ativan, because that's a big old NOPE.
I also bought Iron Man socks at the CVS when I picked up my prescriptions. Because they're therapeutic, damn it.

I am now picturing you sitting on a couch in your Iron Man socks. Tim is vacuuming, and you use the socks' repulsor technology to lift your feet for you so Tim can vacuum underneath.
Damn right they are. Especially if you use them like that.
Stpeh the outpatient program I'm doing is DBT based and I'm find it very helpful there's a lot of tracking of information and but it's very practical information and useful.
I was kind of resistant to all the tracking but it's helpful like what is your emotion trying to get you to do and should you do that or do the opposite. Also learning what is an emotion, a mods state and a thought and other things.
You all make me very happy.
I called and left a message at my doctors office because my acid reflux is horrible. Wait to hours to get a call back from a nurse who takes down the same info and then tells me she will call me back after she speaks to the NP or doctor. So now I wait again.
acid reflux
Oh, let me share my experience! I have occasional acid reflux, which was really terrible when I was taking a certain BP medicine (HCTZ). I found that the prescription once-a-day PPI type (like Prilosec) makes things worse for me, but the OTC take-it-as-you-need-it histamine-blocker type (like Tagamet) works quite well. (The calcium/TUMS type is only good temporarily and most of them contain things I don't want to eat, like mineral oil.) So, FWIW, if one kind doesn't work for you, there's another option.
I eat Tums like candy these days.
