Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.
My breasts have changed in size as I've grown fatter. I would like them to change in size in the other direction as I grow skinnier. Big boobs are a nuisance.

I seriously had never even heard of +4 band sizing. I don't even remember where I originally read how to measure your bra size, but it was what I guess is the +0 band sizing. So that's what I did, and when I went for a proper fitting, I was disappointed to not be in the [whatever high %] of women who was wearing the wrong size.
(Does the above read like hipster bra cred? "I was measuring my bust properly before it was cool!" I totally don't mean it that way. I just really never heard any other method. I can't believe I stumbled into the right way by accident.)
