I am losing weight and they are still growing. I am starting to hate them.
Spike's Bitches 48: I Say, We Go Out There, and Kick a Little Demon Ass.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
I suspect one of my breast is a half-cup larger than the other. Can make things a little unbalanced.

I desperately need new bras, because everything I have is painful.
Those links are perfect explanation! Ok, it really is a just a change in manufacture and sizing of bras for the betterment of womankind. I'm good with that :)
I seriously had never even heard of +4 band sizing. I don't even remember where I originally read how to measure your bra size, but it was what I guess is the +0 band sizing. So that's what I did, and when I went for a proper fitting, I was disappointed to not be in the [whatever high %] of women who was wearing the wrong size.
(Does the above read like hipster bra cred? "I was measuring my bust properly before it was cool!" I totally don't mean it that way. I just really never heard any other method. I can't believe I stumbled into the right way by accident.)
The article says breast tissue can migrate to the back and the waist from improperly fitted bras and minimizers because all that fat has to go somewhere. While that makes sense, I can't quite believe all this back fat and waist fat is displaced boobs. And if it is, I'll need a ZZ cup size when it all goes back in place.
Given how my squishy self has minimal back fat in a well-fitted bra, I believe it. Though it's not so much migration as squishing into the wrong place.
I have back fat, but its topography doesn't change when I put my bra on. So I assume it's fitted right. (Plus, I do the pull-the-boob-up-and-around-and-settle-it-into-the-cup maneuver to make sure all of the boob is where it ought to be.)
