Hauser: You really think you can solve the problem? Come into Wolfram & Hart and make everything right? Turn night into glorious day? You pathetic little fairy. Angel: I'm not little.

Spike's Bitches 48: I Say, We Go Out There, and Kick a Little Demon Ass.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

I have read every word Simak wrote multiple times. I probably love Waystation the most, but it's like picking a favorite child. As far as I'm concerned, he's sf's most under-rated author, and, at his best, he's as lyrical as Bradbury.

I interviewed him 30 years ago, and he rode in my car as part of transport for a convention he attended at Brigham Young University.

Yes, you may touch my awesomeness!

He was very nice.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Thank you for putting my mind at ease, bonny.

We talked and corresponded with him when he was supposed to be the guest of honor at the DeepSouthCon my ex and I chaired. He complimented my story in Asimov's. He had to cancel, and Al Williamson, he of sainted memory, filled in at the last minute.

I have my own awesomeness.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Of course.

The ghosties that cats stare at don't trouble me, whatever they are. it's the ones that make them hiss and run that I worry about.

Vortex, I think I use both APP-lic-able and app-LICK-able? I don't know why I'd use one vs the other that.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

I am pretty sure they are both correct

Now tagless for your comfort.

There's a brand called Justin's that makes a chocolate hazelnut spread with only a couple teaspoons of sugar per serving and it is delicious! We eat it all the time in my house.

Burrell, Justin's is the BOMB. I get the packets of peanut butter with honey and eat them after roller derby practice on the way home. Because I can EAT ALL THE FUD after skating and that takes the edge off.

Laura, I really hope he can sort himself out and figure out what he wants to do. It sucks. You did what you could for him and it's up to him to do the rest.

Ginger, I love City! I took a summer course on science fiction when I was 13 and I that was the first time I got to read some really awesome stuff from the golden age.
