There's a brand called Justin's that makes a chocolate hazelnut spread with only a couple teaspoons of sugar per serving and it is delicious! We eat it all the time in my house.

Burrell, Justin's is the BOMB. I get the packets of peanut butter with honey and eat them after roller derby practice on the way home. Because I can EAT ALL THE FUD after skating and that takes the edge off.

My black kitty Java is into kidney disease, and I've got to get ringers solution, drip lines, and syringes and start doing the subcutaneous fluids thing with him. He's gotten so unhappy with an almost insatiable thirst. That should help.

I got some the claddagh ring done today...dick littering done today...decluttering done today. I'm amused and am going to leave those. It's the voice recognition.

Vlad likes to yowl at the walls and then jump up them. There is nothing there we can see. Doesn't stop me from glaring at those spots on the walls and telling whatever is there to SETTLE DOWN.

Milo runs around the house like he's being pursued by a bear, a lot. Usually in the early mornings. I reckon he has an ongoing rivalry with a house spirit.

He also stands guard over the corners where, I assume, there are mice under the floorboards. But that just makes me feel all protected.

I had to do the subcutaneous fluids thing with my cat back in Maine years ago. Most of the time she hated it, but one day I spent a long time cuddling with her and soothing her before quietly slipping the needle in. She was so calm and we were so comfy that we both fell asleep. I awoke with a start to see a huge fluid bubble under her skin, she'd gotten about 3 times the prescribed amount! I panicked, of course, and called the vet. They told me it was no big deal. Which made it ok to giggle as my cat tried to walk around with a freakishly large fluid bubble making her all off kilter. It took the better part of a day to shrink. By the way, Isabella is still happy and healthy more than 5 years later. She lives with my ex-husband.

I love voice recognition. Its especially fun to make it guess what my husband is saying. He has a strong Dutch accent.
