am so sick of this whole job hunt process.
I am also sick of teaching three identical classes each day. It is so difficult to start from the beginning of a topic and explain everything slowly for the third time in four hours. My brain keeps saying, "You already said this! You don't need to say it again!" but I do, because I said it to other students.
Hil, I know a lecturer who teachers her two identical classes in different orders because she found that sensation so disturbing. She said that one day a student asked a question and she felt a little rage rise up because she had just answered that question, but then she realized it had been asked in another section. She decided to change that. It does take a bit more prep, but she she thinks her lectures are better for it.
Obviously, doesn't work in a regimented system with common exams across classes.
That awkward moment when a male FOF on Facebook messages, and you're not sure if he wants to:
a. befriend you
b. argue with something you've said/ fight
c.be that so-far mythical gimp devotee your other crip-women friends meet all the time(Maybe I know one, but my lack of squirming makes it unfun? Anyway, I feel I can't complain since I have been aroused by election coverage in the past. Keith+Rachel+massive Dem gains=risk of soul loss and some lack of fetish high ground)
d. show you his dick
e. ham-handledly flirt with you in a group of six other female strangers that look non-threatening to message.
Is it any wonder my greetings are a bit wary?(and that's even leaving out the true-crimier possibilities)

on the lighter side ... if you're going to San Francisco (be sure to wear some flour in your hair?)
Oy, erikaj.
In "take small wins when you can get them" news, I found a pair of black sweat pants in a dresser today that I have no memory owning. They fit perfectly and look pretty new. I do laundry at home and live alone. I can only assume that house apartment elves left them for me. Thanks, apartment elves!
Okay, I am posting this because I love you guys and am willing to show off my flaws, and by flaws I mean MAH BUTT. The official photos aren't back from my photo shoot yet, but the makeup artist was taking behind-the-scenes shots on her iPhone, and I found her on Instagram, and here is a picture of my Schoolteacher shoot: [link] That is a horrific angle for my ass, truly. At least, my ass in a pencil skirt.
That said, I don't otherwise hate how I look, which is, for me, HUGE, especially given that I'm wearing a pencil skirt and a fitted top tucked in the skirt. That is NOT an outfit I would have worn a year ago.
The actual official shots should be pretty good, because one presumes they're from a more flattering angle. But it was pretty cool to find this on Instagram.
You look great, ass included, and hey - you were an awesome client!
That looked like a lot of fun, Steph! I saw some of the pictures you posted on Facebook of your make-up for it and they all looked super.
I can't wait to see more!
