What do we think about a F2F this summer? I'd be willing to pimp KC...

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

I can testify to Strix's KC tourdiva skills, fwiw.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I'm glad it went so well, askye. Take a painkiller before the Novocain wears off.

Thrive to spite them

I took Alieve first (per the doctor's instructions) but that didnt' seem to help so I took the pain med he prescribed. And I think I'm due for another dose. But now I'm wondering I also need to take my klonopin and I now I'm wondering if it's safe to take them tonight or if I should stick with the Alieve and if I wake up in pain take the hydrocodon-acetaminophine.

Don't take klonopin with the painkiller. There's potential there to depress your breathing too much. Do you need the klonopin to sleep, or can you skip it for a night?

Does hydrocodone make you sleepy, askye? If so, I'd go for knocking out pain.

Perhaps I shouldn't admit that I have survived hydrocodone with a klonopin chaser a number of times. My wacky metabolism that makes hydrocodone keep me awake may be a factor.

Oh, I've chased percocet with ambien, because percocet gives me the jitters and makes me unable to sleep. And every time I do it, I know it's probably a bad idea, but I do it anyway.

The advice I give is not always the advice I follow.

(Incidentally, I've gone more than 6 weeks now -- in a row, I mean! -- without taking ambien. That's the longest I've ever gone in probably 4 years. I don't know why my sleep is suddenly fixed,* but I'll take it.)

*(I still take melatonin and valerian at bedtime, so I shouldn't say my sleep is fixed. But it's better. I'm going to try dropping the melatonin or valerian soon and seeing if I can still sleep.)

The klonopin is for sleep and anxiety. The hydro stuff does make me sleepy. I can probably skip the klonopin for the night and take the pain killer. Ireally should be in bed already.

Actually I'm sleeping in my recliner tonight, I normally sleep on my left side (where the tooth was removed) and I've been trying to sleep on my right side only to wake up on my left (and in pain). The recliner will keep me from rolling over.
