But I was officially offered the computers job and accepted. But I think I made it publicly known too soon. It's going to be new challenges but everyone seems to think I can meet them. And they aren't expecting to hit the sales goals right away.

You're supposed to wait and announce stuff after all other applicants have been told their status. In store applicants anyway. The other guy up for the position was going to move to another department and I thought it had been made clear to him he was getting the position he applied for. But then hee said he hadn't been assured. But they reopened the position internally so he could apply for it. So I assume he's got it
Well, I hope it works out for the best, askye.
As for my meeting, once we got to it, it went as well as can be expected, but noting like a little reduction in my citizenship to start my weekend off right.
And next month, we've gotta put the dots in. The Commander loves the dots. Sigh.
What does "reduction in citizenship" mean?
Well, not literally, and it's not quite so awful that I'm second-class, you know, no organs are ripped out and I'm not eating from a bowl outside or anything, but I do feel less-than-equal getting inspected all the time.
