I mean, let's say you did kill us. Or didn't. There could be torture. Whatever. But somehow you found the goods. What would your cut be?

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

Her son beat her up?

Yeah. She is 5 foot nothing, maybe 100 lbs. He is 6' plus and strong. All three of her kids are adopted, not that it really matters, other than he is bigger than both my BFF and her ex.

She is dealing as well as she can. She already had a lawyer for the divorce and molestation stuff, so adding in dealing with the domestic violence... I just boggle. Yes, stuff at home for me isn't exactly roses right now, but no one is throwing punches or molesting anyone.

I can't get my goddamn parents on the phone, any numbers. My brother talked to them 10 hrs ago. Not amused.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

Ah, this is what I need: a couple of cookies and a nice long Narnia/Torchwood crossover.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Ugh. My neighbors are smoking the skunkiest pot in the world.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Also, it might feel like a mighty slog (it is) with no progress, but it is progress.

It really is a mighty slog but there has been a lot of progress. It's just rough and I hope it gets normalized and easier as soon as possible for everyone.

Not amused.

Given recents, not fun.

I can't even imagine, Suzi. No one should need that much legal representation just to keep their family and selves safe.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

I feel like I should wish general family peace~ma. Also, get on the phone, Sarameg's parents.

The dog and I were just quite startled by a series of thumps and metallic clatter. I had loosely tied the top of a recycling bag, and it had slowly untied and dropped one can or bottle at a time. This is the kind of thing that creates ghost stories.

There was a serious carbon monoxide leak at a local school, which had to be evacuated. A TV newsperson asked a first grader what happened, and he said, "The teacher was talking, and we passed out."

Things I do not care about:

  • Powerball
  • The British Royals
  • What people on the street think about the royal pregnancy
  • Lindsay Lohan

It's like he's ready for college.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I don't know if university students realise the teacher is talking.

You know when you're following a web path and nothing good, however educational, can come of it. It's not like I found out what period these pictures of facial reconstructions are from, but it was clearly before they got good at it. REMOTELY good at it.

My sister wants to know why provocateuse doesn't show up for searches on Norman Reedus. Because apparently I have some sort of control here. However, it did lead me directly to this [link] which makes me love him in a way Darryl Dixon did not achieve. It would be cool if somehow the zombie apocalypse featured a loss of menswear as well as lives.

Finally got parents, still not amused. Don't think they are taking this as seriously as should.

Me and Maria should totally run away.

brillig

I have discovered a lovely supermarket cheese, garlic-herb Monterey Jack, from Kroger's Private Selection brand. So very yummy. It's like eating really good spaghetti sauce without the tomato.
