Somehow your conversation with Mathilda sounds like mine with my mother, when she is trying to describe tv shows or movies. I am still amazed I managed to get Paul Sorvino from "the man with the daughter"
EEK, msbelle. I am glad you are okay!
I have to say, I've never planned on being a dog owner, but your CB and msbelle's Bailey have gone a long way to convince me that I could probably love a dog as much as I've loved my cats
Have I mentioned I plan to totally pick your brains about dog and cat ownership soon. Same goes for msbelle and others
In just cats news, is it wrong that my only reaction to the cat puke I came home to was "well, maybe that will teach Bubba to stop eating the tree"
Have I mentioned
Also she may be honing her deadpan snark.
Good for her.
As much as I love them, we are NOT getting a tree this year. Too much temptation for puppyhead. (Who is passed out with her warm puppy head resting against my leg right now. awwww)
Puppy head!
Ew. Animal touching.
Motherfuck, I'm still at work. Trying to send the partial work to the vendor was a bad idea. Going.
Now.
Lee I highly recommend fosters that have been in a house with cats, also dogs with any sort of a hint of a Scottish connection, also mutts, also dog kisses.
Oh msbelle, what a damn nightmare! For both of you!
Though... if you were coughing/talking at all the whole time the Heimlich might not have been the way to go anyway. Even when done perfectly it can break the xyphoid process or ribs. It's worth doing to save a life of course, but the whole ordeal could have wound up even more traumatic had E cracked a few of your ribs!
So glad you're both ok. Too scary. Too damn scary.
I wasn't coughing until I expelled something by standing up and leaning over, and I knew once I coughed that I was in fact breathing, but it didn't feel right or like enough could get in, but all good now and I will be sleeping in his room.
I may even sing him to sleep with some lullaby about how he is the farter and rules over fartland.
