Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I don't think it's all up in a ponytail: [link] [link]

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I'm not trying to get a wig I can pull that off in. I'm just looking for the bouffant, the flip, and the fringe.

If you can restyle #2, it might be the best length, but I think for the overall look as-is, it's #1 minus the headband.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I agree that the first option looks most Lana-like. #2 would definitely work for someone who wanted to go as Dr. Girlfriend, though.

My sunday has gotten so lazy. I haven't moved much. Ah well, I'll get myself out the door to swim, come back & do laundry, maybe go get washer fluid, do my nails. So at least something will get done....

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I really wanted to do nothing today, but I had to go buy cat food and dog food, and then I realized I had to do laundry if I'm to get through the week. But I think everything else can wait.

I am kind of excited that there is such a thing as Atkins frozen dinners again. That's pretty sad, but it's going to help so much with my campaign to not wash dishes every time I turn around. Almost makes my recent don't-go-grocery-shopping, try-to-eat-up-everything-in-the-freezer thing make sense, too, which is nice.

I have done a whole lot of nothing today, but at least I loaded the dishwasher? And ate vegetables.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I took Charlie to his last obedience class, which means I need to find new ways for him to interact with people. (Any Bay Area people want to come down and get barked at? I will buy you a meal in exchange....)

That may be it for me for the day.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

I packed more boxes for a friend. This is the first time I've seen triple-stacked bookcases, sigh. She's getting evicted on the 11th, with no place to go, yet. You wouldn't think that a bedroom could hold so much stuff.

You can always walk him through Pet Co or whatever your preferred pets-allowed store is, if he can be polite for that. They seem pretty tolerant and you can just take him back outside if he won't settle down. I think there's even a term for that, something training, but of course I cannot remember it.

Right, dishes, I am not actually to the point where I don't need to wash some every time I turn around yet. Better get on that.
