can a woman who is 40 (i.e. me) wear this dress to her 26 year old half-sister's wedding?
Why the hell not? Especially if it fits like a dream. But I don't see any reason why it's not age appropriate. Then again, I live in LA so make of that what you will.
can I just say how awesome it is you have connected with your sis?
Only got redacted, but got the general gist. If it is what I think it is, it would have gotten you automatically suspended and unable to walk at graduation pending a hearing where they'd decide whether to expel you. The
only
way you walked with an incomplete was if it was for administrivia- like the book fines mentioned.
At Taylor's graduation, the books were blank, but they picked up the actual certificates in a building next door right after. She told me you didn't even get to walk if you weren't eligible for a diploma.
flea, it is your mission to show young lasses that 40 yo's are beautiful women who can rock a dress.
Now, if you were proposing to wear Mary Janes with knee socks and an overall/bibbed skirt, I might protest.
flea, you should wear the dress. I think it will look very elegant on you.
And anything called Striped Jillian Dress seems like a must to wear.
My only quibble with that statement is that a dress called Striped Jillian Dress should be in either black and pink, or black and white.
I can totally see where you're coming from, flea--I'd also be more likely to wear that dress in navy stripes! Is the bow detachable? But I vote for anything that fits like a dream.
I also support that dress. My only question would be if it's much shorter on you than on the model, but that's probably more of a me issue than an actual issue.
Yeah, except there's tons of people endorsing me for things they know nothing about professionally. Which is a little awkward.
Yeah, that's weird. (I mean, thanks! But a little weird.)
Wait, does Chrome not have a pull-down on the address bar at all? (I am trying to convert myself, but that may drive me insane.)
What do you use a pull-down for?
