Only got redacted, but got the general gist. If it is what I think it is, it would have gotten you automatically suspended and unable to walk at graduation pending a hearing where they'd decide whether to expel you. The only way you walked with an incomplete was if it was for administrivia- like the book fines mentioned.
At Taylor's graduation, the books were blank, but they picked up the actual certificates in a building next door right after. She told me you didn't even get to walk if you weren't eligible for a diploma.

But if you can't hand her blank scroll to someone else to put it in her hand, and you have to do it, slap it in her palm and don't look at her. If you can manage to be mid-conversation with someone else on the podium at the time and hand off the paper absent-mindedly, like you're not even aware she's there, as though her presence or absence affects you not at all, well. Indifference is the best revenge.
She went out of her way to provoke you, to get "revenge". Let her know how little that means to you. And I'm so, so sorry you're having to deal with this at all. As I said upstream, my hero, for your heart and your dedication and your investment in what you do and who you do it for. Don't let her stupidity touch that.
