Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Oh shit, I wonder if I can get lime mayo here. That stuff is the BOMB.

Edit: Or, I guess I can just use lime+ mayo, but I love it in one jar. I miss my old grocery store that catered to the many varied immigrants in my old neighborhood.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

probably not both,

I don't see why not both, myself. unless the heat will come from the spices? That would work. Chile + lime is the best, however you can achieve it.

I will check my Eggs cookbook for unusual deviled egg suggestions when I get home, I am pretty sure it had some that sounded good.

I was thinking that two tart ingredients might be too much. Maybe I need to do some field testing! (The Deviled Egg Pageant isn't for another couple of weeks.) (And I mostly want to do Mexican so I can bring agua de Jamaica as my accompanying beverage.)

Maybe just diced jalapenos instead of pickled?

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

At first I thought Gud was suggesting penguin with eggs.

My face hurts today. Can I just have my sinuses removed? Also, how seriously should I take the expiration date on prescription steroid cream?

Jeez, now i have work stuff on my calendar for August. August!

Maybe I should tell them soon that I'm taking a vacation end of June...speaking of that, if I'm taking 3 days off, I might as well take the whole week, right?

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Damnit you guys, now I really want some huevos rancheros with avocado.

In my limited experience, Dalmatians are just plain fucking crazy.

hip deep in pie

I don't know what to do for lunch. (And I don't have nearby burrito options.)

It's the first really warm day here this spring. Monday it was 10C (and a cold 10 C) and today Boom, it's 25C.

I want to bake an egg now, and yes, you should take of the whole week if you're taking three days.

I had a sudden-onset allergy attack two days ago after nothing for weeks of "Severe Pollen Alert!" from my weather app -- whatever that was didn't bother me at all. I guess something new is producing now. The Claritin knock-off is working. Now I just don't know when to stop taking it again. Eh.

I get to see old college friends this weekend -- former roommate has her reunion, and she was a class ahead of me, so a bunch of those people will be in town (DC, that is. Which I still think of as "my town"), and we're having brunch. So excited. Haven't seen them for years. Come to think of it, they're both former roomies, too.

What are people doing this weekend? I meant to ask.

Coding and Sleeping

(And I don't have nearby burrito options.)

I'm completely out of ideas then.
