I just met with my theatre boss for three and a half hours, 90% of which was spent shouting-- not in anger, just to get him to listen to me. He wonders why I don't bring problems to him! I feel like my head is going to explode. He is also thinking about hiring someone for 40 hours a week to do costumes during the day hours next spring (and pay them 2x what I make) WITH ME SUPERVISING THEM. WTF? I said that if he could do that, that person should be in charge, not me!

Losing comics is a very...it was a maturing process for me.
