So upsetting, for us and for her. And when she was doing that flirting thing she did with new people, and tried to introduce us to the preacher and his wife who had been chatting with her for the past hour or so. The invisible people in the room.

Seconding Ginger's barbecue recommendation, with the extra detail of being sure to find a place that does a good pork steak.
Also, this may be more of a St. Louis thing than a Missouri thing, but gooey butter cake is a regional specialty. It is about as healthy for you as it sounds.
