with the touch of a button, the special glass panels instantly turn matte for privacy, and sliding curtains make it possible to further close off specific rooms.
That snow house would be awesome for an Aurora Borealis viewing vacation. I think it does have a bathroom (2nd floor, left side of the image), but the cliff house doesn't seem to have a bathroom or any light fixtures.
Most of the rescue places won't take opened food. If you know a neighborhood unofficial rescue, they might. So far I have 1 unopened bag of EN, 3/4 of k/d, an almost full of diabetic (which I should just toss, it's over a year old....hell, I'll go put it in the trash tonight.)
The snow house just makes me feel cold.
You could Craigslist or free cycle the food. Feeding their animals is a huge problem for some people these days. We had more than 400 people come to the food pantry day we did at the shelter recently.
OK, FINALLY one of my remaining cretins deigns to cuddle. Jeez, guys, did you not get the memo I need attention?
Sara, so sorry about the kitty. Sad.
I am at Steak 'n Shake (nom!). Omg how does my phone autocorrect Steak 'n Shake and not "nom"??
Anyone know of regional delicacies in Jefferson City Mo or Sioux City IA? I figure I am hoping to not be back here, so I should make the most of it. Oh, or in Omaha?
Omaha is for beef, for sure -- I can't remember the name of the place, but if you want to eat Warren Buffet's favorite lunch, it's some roast beef on wonder bread with gravy.
In Missouri, I'd look for barbecue.
I'd love a house where I could turn the entire wall into a window, and then also turn the entire window into a wall. Perfect for all moods, given the existence of curtains for partials.
