Kaylee: You're nice, too. Mal: No, I'm not. I'm a mean old man.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I seemm to have discovered the nurse can be worked like Teavana employees. Speak first, speak about what you want to speak about, and cut down drastically on their own opportunities to start their own conversational thread, especially by walking away.

I am totally impressed by your ability to transfer skills between situations. Definitely should be reflected on your review.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Woo-minimisation is excellent.

However, now I want tea. I blame you.

Ok, so now that it's had a bit to ease into itself, new hair. There are still a few things I want to tweak about it, but I think this is The Hair for a while here.

I can't even think about the old technology I have lying around. Some of it is tidily in a box, maybe even appropriately labeled, in the shed, and some of it is on a shelf in the office, but a lot of it is literally sitting wherever I actually used it last. Some of it is plugged into chargers.

One more thing I am resolutely not worrying about this week! Along with not-immediately-necessary housekeeping and exercise. I actually have known responsibilities at work through a week from Tuesday (at which point anything could happen, ranging from "thanks for all your help, don't bother coming in tomorrow" to "hey, let's revisit this making you permanent question") and all my work time will be devoted to cramming as much accounting knowledge as I can into my brain. The frustration levels at remembering that I used to know this stuff but I don't really any more are pretty high. But it is coming back. Slowly.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Ok, so now that it's had a bit to ease into itself, new hair.

So cool! Actually a bit similar to JZ's most recent haircut, though yours is more punk rock. You look great.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

For Buffista and not fb purposes, the full side view shows more of its punkiness.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Funky cut, Liese, I like it!

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

Love it Liese!

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Cool Hair!

I am pretty sure I found my dog. It's one I linked to before, Fella [link]

He is adorable, but he wasn't treated well at his last home, so now he is very shy and skittish, and barely let me pet him, but when I left he tried to follow me.

I have a lot of details to work out, and I am not at all sure how the cats will do, but I feel like he needs me.
