Does it seem weird to you that the landlord wants to do the walkthrough even though I haven't found a place yet?

That's super cool. I adore her voice, and she's right in my range, which makes her an excellent candidate for songs for me to cover. Although we need to meet them so we can negotiate favorable mechanical licensing! We have several friends in common.
The landlord wants to walk through your place, sumi? With a prospective new tenant or what?
Lee is being excessively mean today, pass it on.

The only person I can sing along with really comfortably is Karen Carpenter. Well, sometimes James Taylor.

A walkthrough to ... see the condition of the apartment? I guess not too weird, since you only have a week left?

Not my fault you don't have chocolate

I have never had a walk through... It seems like it would be easier once things have been removed.
In Boston, mostly apartments I've seen have been occupied -- they want move in/out on the same day, basically, and many places re-rent months in advance. In NYC, they usually paint and do any other repairs in between tenants -- and you only look at places that are available now -- so I was usually seeing vacant places.
