The landlord wants to walk through your place, sumi? With a prospective new tenant or what?

she's right in my range
The only person I can sing along with really comfortably is Karen Carpenter. Well, sometimes James Taylor.
Does it seem weird to you that the landlord wants to do the walkthrough even though I haven't found a place yet?
A walkthrough to ... see the condition of the apartment? I guess not too weird, since you only have a week left?

Not my fault you don't have chocolate
I suppose - but I thought you did it once everything was out of the place. (The walk through.)

Hmph.

I have never had a walk through... It seems like it would be easier once things have been removed.
In Boston, mostly apartments I've seen have been occupied -- they want move in/out on the same day, basically, and many places re-rent months in advance. In NYC, they usually paint and do any other repairs in between tenants -- and you only look at places that are available now -- so I was usually seeing vacant places.

He/she probably doesn't really care about that, since as far as they're concerned, you're leaving as of Thursday. I think landlords schedule walkthroughs before the tenant leaves fairly frequently.
Thanks Lee, now I want chocolate.
K-Bug and bf are here, using the wifi and printer. I still haven't been invited to their new place or even been given their address.
I know many of you have met K-Bug and it is probably odd for me to be so vocal here about my unhappiness. I need some place to vent.
