Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I'm getting a proposal out today, which so far has mostly been waiting around, now with bonus Mike & Ikes.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

our internet is running on fumes today, not sure what the issue is, but I have not been able to get even here until now.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

You look fabulous, erika! Now go knock 'em dead. Metaphorically.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Go get 'em, erika! I would love to go all Paulie Walnuts on them for your sake.

information libertarian

JZ, I am sort of stunned by Matilda's orthodonture needs! Dillo (who is 2 months older) still has only lost one tooth, although the next one is wiggly. Casper had a first assessment for orthodonture and they said come back in 6 months, which will be in March, and were unwilling to commit to any actual plan yet, so we have NO information for a flex spending account. So we'll have to wing it, sigh, because she probably will need something in 2013, but we have no idea what or how much.

My onerous task, which is not going to happen right now since I already spent 5 hours running the school book fair today, is to figure out the difference between state and national 529 plans and set appropriate ones up for the kids.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

Yeah, I was being sarcastic.

Ooops. Sorry--missed that.

Good luck with the appointment, erika!

Work has, thus far, avoided presenting me with onerous tasks. Maybe when I get home I'll clean up the kitchen a bit.

If I want to become a cloud of bats, does each bat need a separate vaccination?

Damnit, I forgot about onerous task day! I have a zillion doctor's appointments to make.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

My onerous task is entering a lot of data into our payroll company's site, and I have been putting it off for days. Tonight we are going to see Steve Winwood, which seemed like it would be great fun when we bought our cheap tix back in August, except he's playing at an outdoor theater and it's cold and rainy. We have decided that the bad weather will cause the delicate wealthy wusses who bought the expensive seats to stay home, thereby offering us a chance to sneak up close to the stage. Given the weather, though, just going to the show is sort of onerous.

Always Anti-fascist!

Paulie could be all "Nice project you have here...I'd hate to have something happen to it...your kids still at the same school?" In actual fact, I'm not really optimistic. But it *could* happen. At this point, I'm just hoping to "fuck them up, like they fuck up me," as Phyliss Leblanc said on Treme last week.(I should write to David Simon and say it will be their fault if I can't have HBO anymore. If he got on it, the cost-cutters will be praying to die.) Years after they've forgotten about me, they'll remember the producer with a grudge. After this, maybe a rally or protest.
