Kalshane, that's just what they want you to think.
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.

Onerous task completed: Went back into my uni's Open Enrollment, put enough in our health FSA to cover the large down payment on Matilda's 2013 dental work plus regular MD visit copays and a small cushion for emergencies, adjusted the day care FSA to reflect the school's aftercare discount program, and ended up $2200 ahead for next year even after the dental work stuff. I *think* that's enough to make a positive difference in our day-to-day lives but not to screw us over taxwise.
Next up: go to the bank at lunch, get all the acct info for the college savings fund the school district set up for Matilda so my awesome mom can set up a monthly direct deposit.
Before the end of the day: Complete draft of a professional association rec letter I'm ghostwriting for the new boss.
Hooray for a firm diagnosis, good healing so far and a good prognosis, Sophia!
Refinance~ma to Kalshane.
My onerous task today is an appeal-related doctor's appointment.
There's a blow dry bar opening near my work. I had to google to find out what that was.
I made an appointment for a haircut. And they had an opening at 4! But that part's not onerous.
Oh, I went to the dentist today. That was fairly onerous.
I am tired and I have a cold, so making it through work will be my other onerous task.
Wishing you all the ~ma I've got, erika. Storm that castle and storm it good.
It's amazing how hard it is to convey the thought "Give us our money, you sons-of bitches!" without using "money" or "sons-of-bitches." I wish I had Paulie Walnuts.
I have been to the Dr's about my knee and he thinks that I have torn my meniscus.
I made that diagnosis, too! (I am not a doctor but I play one in roller derby.) Glad it's not all that bad. Rest and wrapping should help.
My onerous tasks are pretty much catching up on housework. Dishes, folding clothes, etc. I did scoop the litter pans and take out the trash, so yay on that.
And now I'm about to do something NOT-onerous and go enjoy the massage D got me for my birthday. Yay, thoughtful boyfriend.
