A job opportunity that I passed on in 2009 has just come up again and I don't think I'm in a position to let it go this time. Eep. This shouldn't seem so weird, but I haven't had a full time job with benefits in... um, ever.

I've got to make a resume appropriate for this job, get letters of rec and write a cover letter. It's probably not appropriate to ask the guy who could be my boss to write a letter, right?
