I don't even know if I can buy booze at 10am on Sunday here. And since I was thinking about it, I had to check. Nope, can't buy alcohol until 11am on Sundays.

I made pasta sauce using beef neckbones that I braised in the oven for two hours. I deboned and shredded the beef then added it to the cooked down braising liquid and put it over some homemade gnocchi.
