Natter 70: Hookers and Blow
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
I suspect it's more of a because we can kind of thing. But, hey, people find all kinds of things attractive that I can't really understand, this could be another.
You have got to look at this temporary body mod: [link]
Um... okaaay. I don't get it, but whatever.
Thanks!
Buffistas may appreciate this:
Emmett gave Matilda some new Friends Legos for her birthday and they're sitting on the floor putting it together and periodically they're both singing, "Evil Troy and Evil Abed."
Aww, too cute!
She is now excitedly digging into her new Monster High doll (Clawdeen Wolf, her favorite) and we're listening to songs from Phineas and Ferb and the Muppets and "Shiny Happy Monsters" (REM on Sesame Street).
North Beach Pizza has been consumed! Cake awaits.

Whitefonting for potential squick issues: my ex lost a thumb in a car accident, and they replaced it using one of his big toes. While it was healing, his new thumb (already attached to his hand) was sewn into his hip to get lots of rich blood from the artery there. You can't tell unless you look closely (although the missing toe is obvious in sandals or bare feet). He doesn't have full feeling in that thumb, but it's still pretty damn cool. Because missing a thumb is no fun, he tried going without for a year before getting the surgery.
Wait, so his thumb, while attached to his hand, was sewn into his hip?
Also, I'd have serious balance issues lacking that toe. My other toes are little weaklings, big toe does a lot of work. And it'd look funny elsewhere.
