My dinner tonight got accidentally cleaned up by the neighbors while I was talking Dylan down from a tantrum during our weekly pot luck. Whee, moody five year-olds are fun.
At least nobody touched my wine.
I should eat something.
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.

I had butter chicken.
I had totally resigned myself to a lousy swim tonight. I was tired, and first few laps felt leaden. Then there were the arm cramps that I barely held off. Uhg. And then I check out my time. I wasn't leaden, I was tearing up the pool. So at least it felt hard because I was working my ass off?
go sarameg go!
Me, I'm having leftover spring roll from lunch, but first it's a Pisco sour and some cheese & crackers while I watch What Not to Wear.
I had a ham steak, baked tater tots, a salad, and a sliced tomato tonight. Oddly everything except the ham was very bland.
I had homemade beef barley soup, cheese and crackers, and berries with yogurt for dinner. It was delicious. Actually, everything tastes delicious lately. I wonder why? Maybe I'm fattening up (more) for winter hibernation.
I've been practically live-blogging my dinner on FB, which was a duck taco and a mashed potato taco from this place: [link] SO GOOD.
I should really be cooking something with CSA produce, but I don't feel like it! Meh.
I had lunch with Jen K. today and she had a good recipe for how to deal with unexpected CSA radishes if you get any.
We had broccoli with butter and melted cheese and spanikopita (so far) for dinner. So green vegetables with butter and cheese. There will probably be more grazing shortly.
Spanakopita is truly the yummiest way to get your spinach.
I'm trying a pizza flavored soufflé for dinner.

Send them to me? (Jen K.! I miss her!)
M and I successfully avoided getting more takeout tonight -- seems like we've been living off takeout for weeks now (and I will definitely be keeping up the tradition while he's in Germany). Instead we had TJ's latkes and leftover homemade pasta sauce with frozen ravioli. It was fine -- at least the pasta sauce had tomatoes and broccoli, so yay veggies.
I still kinda want a taco, though.
