Went out dancing last night and within a half hour my lungs siezed up. My inhaler did nothing to calm the asthma. I even tried to go out to get some fresh air but that is where all the smokers were - and that is a scent that makes my lungs worse. I ended up using my nebulizer when we got home.
This morning I feel like crap. I can breathe, but I'm afraid to try to do anything physical and have my lungs tighten up again. This is one of the worst asthma attacks I've had in years. I think a mid-day nap is going to happen.

I've had my asthma flair in recent years, but typically when I sick and it sinks into my lungs. This time it is the other way around. Lungs first and now I feel like crap.
We had a huge barometric shift in the last day or so. I was fully prepared for a headache but no, the body didn't want to be predictable.
