I've had my asthma flair in recent years, but typically when I sick and it sinks into my lungs. This time it is the other way around. Lungs first and now I feel like crap.
We had a huge barometric shift in the last day or so. I was fully prepared for a headache but no, the body didn't want to be predictable.
