We can come by between classes. Usually I use that time to copy over my class notes with a system of different colored pens. But it's been pointed out to me that that's, you know...insane.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I pulled weeds for 2 hours yesterday. Just sand burrs and spurge and in 2 hours had 30 packed gallons. When I walked in the house my legs were shaking, today am sore.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Well, the weather here is gorgeous today, and I was all set to go out on an artists’ studio tour, but then my Mom called, we talk for 5 minutes about nothing in particular, and now I’m depressed and I don’t want to go out. I just wish I could just get over My Issues already. I’m sick of this shit.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

You should go see an artist I know in Fort Greene, at least. Due to her general awesomeness.

hip deep in pie

Go out anyway Tom. It's better than staying home and letting your issues take over.

ETA: Note to self. Follow your own advice more often.

Ha, I was just going to say I should follow that advice when I saw your ETA.

And none of us deserving the cruelty or the grace -- Leonard Cohen

KATE! How could this have happened? As if you didn't have enough stress. Good gravy.

(I keep hearing Corb Lund's voice giving advice on how to fix your ceiling. NOT HELPFUL.)

Can you exchange your washer/dryer for a more suitable one? Same with the lawnmower?

Can you delay the move until the ceiling gets fixed/Mark gets back from Germany?

I wish I were there to help some more! I hope that it's the seller's fault, and that they can pay for the repairs, and that they can be done soon.

ETA: Tom, I hope you can get out, too. Hunkering down in the house never does me any good. Not that I don't do it, but I always feel better when I force myself to get out.

Cash, that is awesome! Congrats.

Kate, a world of no way. I'm so sorry. I'm glad you're feeling slightly better today. I don't know from house damage, but it sounds like I should be pulling for dry wall, so I will.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

There isn’t much of redeeming value here... If you enjoy inappropriate laughter, however, the first time the beast Hulks out is among the funniest moments within the new fall pilots—including the comedies—so at least there’s that.

From an AVClub article reviewing the new Fall pilots; the above refers to "Beauty and the Beast"

Based on the above and the previous installment:

I think the only shows I will try are: Last Resort, Elementary, (giving it the side eye the whole time), Hunted, Nashville, Vegas.

Where is a new, *good* SciFi/Fantasy show?
