Dishes done, ice cubes and water bottles freezing, weather radio set and batteried, flashlight charging in wall, checked other flashlight, A/C cranked, more water bottles in fridge... I think it's time to shower and go to bed.

Pretty sure we're not working tomorrow? I tried to call my boss and he didn't answer.

I hope I can give Frankie a good walk tomorrow before it starts raining. Meant to buy puppy pads... I wonder if Belladoggie will be open in the morning. Hmm.

God, I know there's more stuff I need to do. Just going to try and do it tomorrow. The only errand I need to run is to the bank for cash, and maybe get the aforementioned puppy pads. I wonder how much cash I should get... a couple of hundred, I guess?

Tomorrow evening, looks like. Rain predicted to start around 5 am tomorrow morning, getting bad around noon or so.

Zen, yeah, don't call. I'll set an alarm for 6:30 or so to check in with my boss, but I really doubt we'd work unless it's weatherizing his house.

Well, it's definitely going to be a whole lot of rain. I choose to believe this will be a good test for the new levee system and it will come through beautifully.
