Natter 70: Hookers and Blow
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
Since we've been in our new house, we've been spending a lot of time hosting other kids (which I like quite a lot). I have to call some of Noah's preschool friends for play dates, but I'd like to be unpacked a little more first.
When all 5 of the kids are together there is a LOT of playing.
I bet -- and also a lot of cute.
Woke up unnecessarily early. All caught up on the internet now.
Consuela, I started watching that a couple weeks ago and got sidetracked, but I agree. LJ tells me it's expiring on Netflix first week of July. Guess I should get back to it.
Is there anything better than a bacon-egg-and-cheese sandwich? I think maybe not.

I am JenP.
Market early to avoid the heat. Now the question is: get shit done or nap? I've got to be on the road no later than noon, earlier if I do shopping first. I haven't showered, but if I clean, shouldn't shower until after.
Damn, I guess I should at least tackle the kitchen.
Turns out most of my neighborhood doesn't have power. Basically, everyone that retained power during Irene is without and vice versa. I've issued AC and fridge use invites. South of 33rd is out, east side of my street as well, State Police helicopter is circling (this is weird. I'm used to City, but State?) and there were trees down on the walk to market, as well as the stoplights all along 33rd, where Baltimoreans demonstrated they don't get 4-way stops.
And there go the State Police mosquitos again.
I guess I'll clean upstairs this morning. It's cooler up there.
Sounds like it was a hell of a night for your region -- my friend in the 'panhandle' of WV reports that most of his county is out, plus major trees down.
It's just going to be beastly hot here.
Aaaand no haircut today. Salon is without power, they're just gonna call it for the day. OK, I guess I'll go do my shopping and rearrange my day.
