In honor of your birthday, I have taken the day off. Okay, no, but there's almost nothing to do in my office right now, and my boss is in vacation, and I'd much rather take the dog for a run and go shopping at Nordstrom's Rack and maybe bake a pie. So that's what I'm going to do.

a hard kick to the side of the knee will slow them down and possibly immobilize them. Do they have any weapons? Have you called 911 yet or can you determine if they are acting on their own or if they are part of a government or terrorist group?
