Happy birthday, Steph!
I'm feeling a little guilty about calling home. I usually do it Sunday after the ER, now that it's not every two days panic stations anymore. And that's low energy. I called this morning because I hadn't been able to get in touch on Mummy's birthday, and since I hadn't done anything yet, I had spoons.
Very different phone convo. But I am probably going back to Sundays because that almost tired me out too much for my haircut (which I expect to sap everything, but my last cut was pretty shit, and I look like ass, so no more delaying if I want to be able to go among the people).
Ah, well.
I asked my sister to hook my mother's new computer up to the wifi and create her a Dropbox account to transfer her files, and it's by far better response than I got from developers all week at work, and she could have done some of those tasks too...
Brave is so much better than the previews suggest. It's really a story about parents and children, specifically mothers and daughters. I absolutely loved it.
OK, here's a weird cocktail question: I want to bring French 75s to a party without too much hassle. Should I mix the simple syrup and lemon juice ahead of time? Can I mix the simple, lemon, AND gin?
Pix, i liked it too, although i thought it was too scary for little kids.
Oh, never mind -- I don't have a container big enough for all three together.
I think it's rated PG, isn't it? I don't think it was intended for young children. I loved it so much.
Happy Birthday Steph!
Happy Teppy Day!!!
