Apparently I have a job offer. I just met with the person who is my would-be new boss and they are coming after me.
I need (desperately) some sanity 'ma. If I leave, people at my current work are going to be awful for a period of time. If I don't leave, I think I'm going to regret this decisions for the rest of my life.

I've been processing this shit since February and I just need to make a decision and be okay with it.

If you know you'll regret not leaving, then leave. The awfulness of the current coworkers will be done with as soon as you're gone.
