Have you also thought about Starbucks? I know they offer health insurance to part-time partners working at least 20 hours a week. My best friend from college and her husband work for them now and rave about the company benefits. (They started off as baristas in college, moved up to managers, then district managers, and finally work at HQ in Seattle.)

They do not review my work, even if I provide it early and then are furious if they find errors when they are on a job site. I literally had to say today that I would not be able to guarantee never making a mistake.
