Welcome to my braaaaaain. I keep telling myself I need to save up for the next tattoo.
What I really want is new shampoo/conditioner, that Blinc mascara y'all recommended, and nail polish remover. Oh, and I need hair color! What I should do is head over to Larchmont Beauty Supply.
ita_!, I am glad you are ok - wish I could magicly fix you car
(Allyson} {Brenda)
I do agree with the one thing at a time theory. That is how I got through college. In fact, it is a reminder that I needed. too many things to juggle right not - and that plan would make it easier
And I did wear pink today. But that is not entirely unusual
ita ! !!! I'm glad you're all right. That woman sounds very strange and not all there. Good luck with getting your car fixed. I support brownie cupcake dinner.
brenda, that is so much to have to deal with. I hope that you are able to take things in small chunks, and I'm sorry things are stressful and shitty right now.
I'm so glad Gracie's surgery went well!
Also, yay, tommyrot! And glad to see you, Nilly!
Allyson, great news about your book!
~ma for Buffistas cats
Today's France story: we went to a vineyard yesterday and bought a 5-liter jug of wine for 4.50.
There was news about Allyson's book? I thought I didn't skip much but obviously I did!
I have an excuse: my Mom isn't doing well emotionally (panic attacks!) so I'm being family-drafted to go down for a long weekend tomorrow. Work is being nice about it, I even have a laptop to get some remote work done on if time allows.
-Ma to the rest of the Buffista happenings that need it.
Are you going to take her to the doctor, Theo? You're a goo daughter.
Do people shop at Marshall's or TJ Maxx? I tried to shop in a Ross a few years ago, and it freaked me out. There was no organisation. It might as well have been goodwill, just with significantly less chance of finding something cool.
Yeah, although at least things are organized by size at TJ's, as opposed to by color at the Goodwill. And what everyone said about housewares and etc.
I don't have the patience or the time to shop at Marshall's - I need a store where I can go directly to WOMENS:DRESSES (or whatever) and see right away if they have the thing I'm looking for. I can't be bothered to browse through seventeen different racks.
Brenda, I missed the window for reading your post, but I hope things let up soon for you.
WHY DO YOU HAVE TO CUT YOUR NAILS IN YOUR CUBE, COWORKER?!?!?!?
::shudder::
WHY DO YOU HAVE TO CUT YOUR NAILS IN YOUR CUBE, COWORKER?!?!?!?
Are you volunteering your cube?
I am not, but thank you for the reminder that it could always be worse?
