Ok, I am clearly starting to obsess about wanting this new condo. I never felt I could afford a place with a nice view. If I get this place, I know I have used up all my good luck for awhile. To give an idea of the view, here is a yelp page with pics from the park that is a couple blocks away, and faces the same direction has my(hopefully) porch.
Don't have the cool palm trees and stuff, but will have the same city view to south and mountain view (on low smog day) to west.
Yes, I need to step away from the search engines.
