{{{sj}}} The fertility doctor stuff is totally overwhelming at first. Try not to worry - they are just covering all bases. When you have your appointment, you'll get to zero in on just the stuff affects you. Here's hoping you just pop a few pills to assist and it happens quickly! Hmmm, if there were no convictions, then why is all that info (including mug shots) out there? Couldn't people sue for that? I know I sure as hell would if I were charged and cleared.
He was listed on the national registry, Megan's List. Ugh. I do not envy you in this situation, omnis.
The no convictions is only saying "in the juristrictions that report electronically that we have access to, there are no convictions." as I understand it
He has convictions or he wouldn't be flagged via Megan's Law; I don't believe him for a flat second. I'm so sorry Omnis. I do think you need to take some steps to protect yourself though. He has stayed with you--you may be liable if you don't report him. He is also a handyman; I would change your locks.
