I found Al-Anon helpful. I didn't go for very long, because I'm not a joiner and whatnot, but I did go for a little while. It was good for me to get advice and empathy from people who don't really need things explained to them, because they already get it.

Bonny, I'm so sorry you went through such an ordeal. Antibiotics are bad enough when you need them. I am currently celebrating my last dose of cipro, hopefully for a good long while.
