Okay, I am having abdominal pain in a big old way. It started yesterday, along with...rapid gastrointestinal transit, and I'm pretty dang sure it's from stress about the election that just built up and had no way out other than by punching my colon.
But I totally forget what to do for abdominal pain like this! I've been eating toast and rice and bananas and string cheese and scrambled eggs (not all the same meal). Does a heating pad help? I can't believe I can't remember this.
