Slow the rapid transit. My parents heard it on People's Pharmacy, and It seemed to help. Also, Pepto over Immodium, if you prefer a drug.

Spike's Bitches 47: Someone Dangerous Could Get In
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
I no longer have rapid transit. I think the loss of water from the rapid transit has resulted in hard angry poops that aren't going ANYWHERE, so now everything hurts from somewhere below my stomach all the way to my bottom.
And I am *starving*, but don't want to eat anything that will screw up the already screwed-up balance. I guess gatorade and chicken broth are bland and will hopefully get water back where it needs to be.
I still want coconut macaroons, though.
Hmm, I'd go prunes then, I guess. Not as tasty, sorry!
We have no prunes. We do have raisins, though.
And, TBH, the one thing guaranteed to get things moving is if I eat something massively gluten-y. Hmm. My boss brought in bagels today, which I obviously skipped. Now I am regretting that. Maybe I can steal some of Tim's 10,000 cookies.

Is it macaroons?!!
Teppy, eat the raisins, and lots of water, and I find tylenol often help me in that particular situation.
Is it macaroons?!!
I wish! I am macaroon-less. It is a sad state of affairs.
Teppy, eat the raisins, and lots of water, and I find tylenol often help me in that particular situation.
But I have all of these, so I'll give it a shot. Stoopid GI tract.
Speaking for myself, raisins are guaranteed to solve that particular problem, Steph. I vote raisins and water.
Teppy, also pears or canned pears if you happen to have them.
I'm having cheese tortellini in chicken broth with kale for dinner because I'm terribly lazy and tired today.
