I burned my quesadilla, but ate it anyway. Dishes are close enough to done, sink is shined. Wine and music do not seem to be having the desired effect, unfortunately. To be honest, I was hoping StW would want to hang out tonight, but I haven't heard from him. So, I'm going to retire to my room and try to do a Dyana Valentine worksheet, and see if that gets me inspired. And maybe read some.
eta heard back from StW. He's been working crazy hours, including 8 hours today, and has to go in tomorrow. I figured as much. I'm not going to get to see him much for the next while...
We've had a little good news: WB's wedding ring, which she thought she'd lost down the toilet, turned up in the washing machine. So, huzzah, and I'm trying not to think about what this means for our plumbing.
Oh, dear. Maybe she really did lose in the washing machine? Maybe? In any case, yay for finding her wedding ring! She must be so happy.
What a relief, bt. That is the kind of thing that would drive me bonkers. The losing it part, not the finding it in the unexpected place. That part is awesome.

That happened to me once! I had no idea where I could have lost, but my MiL found it in their washing machine a few days after I'd been there doing laundry!
Glad Wallybee's wedding ring turned up! I suspect inanimate objects can move when they want to, they're just lazy. And they can't do it while we're watching them, like the angels in Blink.
FTR, Atkins never said don't eat vegetables.

Hee. It is the most likely explanation. (I hope.) She's very relieved.
And yet they move. It's the only explanation for why I can never find a hair clip.

Oh yeah, it is the general myth and perception that you just get to gorge yourself on meat alone. A number of people probably do that the first few days but the actual rules are for lots of carb lite veggies.

Zenkitty speaks the truth. Way too much evidence that they walk.
Okay, my tire is plugged, thanks to neighbor M. I asked him what I owed him and he asked me to grab him a bottle of ginger ale. Frankie has been bathed (I found a couple of fleas on him), cats have been Advantage'd. Not going to make the training, foo. Need to do laundry, work on slides, and run errands. And I think that will fill the rest of Sunday. Need to time errands to miss Saints traffic and the second line. Would rather be out watching game and second line, but oh well.
